Coach your team

It may one thing to identify talent; it is a whole other thing to coach it.

You must be responsible to bring together a diverse group of people with varying abilities, a forge them together with a sense of a shared mission.

A good coach will motivate their team to go past the point of individual pain and push them toward a greater reward.
Whether it is developing a strategy or addressing a problem, a coach must have the trust of his or her team.

They must look to you for guidance and support.
They depend on you.

Coaching an impact church is not like anything else.

The game is always on.
